175 questions to ask at a job interview

Job Mob created a list of 175 potential questions to ask during a job interview, broken into the following categories: questions about the job itself; questions about the company; questions about the boss; questions about the team; and questions about feedback and next steps. While the questions refer to employers as companies, these questions can be asked at nonprofits, too! Below are a few of our favourites.

Questions about the job itself:

    • What would you consider to be the most important aspects of this job?
    • What types of skills do you NOT already have on board that you’re looking to fill with a new hire?
    • How would you define “success” for this position?
    • What particular aspects about my background and experience interest you?

Questions about the organization:
