Voice to Word runs a regular course for speakers of Mandarin and Cantonese at the Chinese Professional Association of Canada (CPAC.) In February 2012, CPAC project coordinator, Christy Yang, spoke with consultants Heather Chetwynd and Mark Prince about the course and a variety of general and Chinese-specific issues related to speech clarity and culture.
